I love eating Korean food. At home I always collect Korean ingredients for making Korean food. Before I went to CrossFit 🏋🏻♀️ this evening, I prepared all ingredients to make kimchi. 🥕 🥬 I always follow the kimchi recipe from Maangchi but reduce the amount of sugar. My kimchi will be ready tomorrow – I can’t wait to eat it! 😋 🤗

I made kimchi again. This time I made 2 batches, one regular kimchi and the other one is vegan kimchi. I wanted to try this recipe. Instead of using fish sauce, I used kombu seaweed , mushroom 🍄 , Himalayan salt and soy sauce for fishy smell. We are a kimchi family. 😂😍🌴🏝🤗

I decided to go for vegetarian food today since my stomach hasn't been doing well. I keep changing my diet from vegetarian to non vegetarian and change back and forth. Maybe I need to change back to vegetarian again. Hope my stomach will be better soon. Any healthy diet is good for you, go for it.

I love this place, called spa resort in Lamai, recommended by my friends, Tina and Susu. This place has vegan, vegetarian and healthy food. After watching too much Korean series at night, I got so hungry. We didn't eat enough food today. So I asked my hubby to make me French crepe again. It's our 4th meal of the day. It's still ok. Learning how to head stand step by step. Back home I always practiced this asana with the wall and having my teacher support closely. I still learn how to put my legs up without a support. My teacher gave me a good tip today. She said i need push my hips forward more and then lift my legs up without fears. Yoga is really about practicing and experience. I will keep practicing it.
