Hello 👋 I’m back on the water! This morning our goal was paddling from baobab restaurant to silver beach (6km in total since conditions were good for a direct paddle). It wasn’t that hard as before. I felt that my body has changed a lot since I started doing CrossFit. I didn’t feel so tired like i used to before as my core got stronger. So when I paddle, I make sure I really use my core, not just arms. It’s the whole body movement. It has been raining a lot on Koh Samui. I haven’t gone paddling for a month. I’m just hoping the weather is getting better. I miss the waves and the sun. SUP has become a part of our lives 2 years ago. When we moved to Samui, we wanna do a water sport that’s similar to wakeboard. I am so glad we did find SUP.
