Peaceful moment on the beach 🏝 this morning I felt was very refreshing on the beach. The water was so clam and clear. The moment I dipped myself into the water, I felt so relieved and let go. Last year Markus and I spent a lot of time on silver beach more often than this year. This year we have been working a lot. We sometimes skip our beach time while we could have. We just need to remind ourselves to go to the beach more often like we used to. It takes only 5-7 mins from our house to silver beach. Hello 👋 I’m back on the water! This morning our goal was paddling from baobab restaurant to silver beach (6km in total since conditions were good for a direct paddle). It wasn’t that hard as before. I felt that my body has changed a lot since I started doing CrossFit. I didn’t feel so tired like i used to before as my core got stronger. So when I paddle, I make sure I really use my core, not just arms. It’s the whole body movement. Hello from Lipa Noi beach! The water is totally different from Lamai beach. 😆🥰🏝🏖 the waves in Lamai beach were strong. it’s so calm here. We are not paddling tho. Haha we just came to hang out with our SUP friends. today is our day off from doing sports. 😆😆😆🌊

This morning we went to crossfit at Lamai beach crossfit. We had a really hard time waking up early today. Glad we forced ourselves to get up early to do sport. The weather was super nice. After crossfit we went silver beach. We took a nap a little bit on the beach. Hehehe Then we went to see our crossfit friends at Lamai beach (next to silver beach). We were playing and jumping into the waves a lot. The waves hit me so hard around the beginning of the beach so I failed into the water for a couple times because the waves were strong and big. Lol Today i wore sport bikini so I didn’t have to worry about loosing it into the water. Haha you would know what I mean if you girls like to play with the big waves. 😂. So yeah! Today was a great day for us. 🥰@armyxxl tomorrow is our rest day. 🤓😴
