I went to work outside today and stopped by at the beach near where my wedding was. This afternoon's low tide at the beach was still beautiful. Every time I come to this beach I think of the good moments with family and friends and also SUP.
I like to start my day with yoga before work. Yoga gives me so much positive energy everyday.
