This morning I woke up and took a moment to be with myself. I started with yoga routine for 15 minutes to kick myself up. I practiced intermediate yoga for stress release flow. After that, I did meditation for 10 minutes. I’m following 10-Day-meditation by boho beautiful YouTube. Today is my day1. PS this pic is a view from my balcony. Good morning 🧘♀️🌞 after practicing yoga with my friends, I’m more motivated to get up early and do yoga in the morning again. I started my day with morning yoga. This weekend it’s all about core strength. I wanna be able to do more arm balance postures. Gotta work harder on my core. I’m following Yoga with Tim ‘s core routine. He is a yogi and surfer. I decided to go for vegetarian food today since my stomach hasn't been doing well. I keep changing my diet from vegetarian to non vegetarian and change back and forth. Maybe I need to change back to vegetarian again. Hope my stomach will be better soon. Any healthy diet is good for you, go for it.
