just finished morning yoga class @vikasayoga. I finally accomplished a full bridge pose today. Yay! I am so happy and proud of myself. My body is getting stronger after my 11th month yoga journey.

The weather is so nice today
The weather is so nice today. Markus was on the SUP. I got a bit headache so I didn't go. Instead i am enjoying nice wind on the beach. I'm recovering. 😂🌊🌴I will go SUP on Monday.
