😆 Yesterday we had lunch at the hungry wolf 🐺. We ordered chicken burrito/wrap and smoked salmon wrap. We shared a half of each wrap. They were incredible. I kept saying to Markus “oh it’s so good. So good!” It’s definitely one of my favorite restaurants on Koh Samui. Highly recommend it! Always eating wraps! 😆 I have have been eating wraps at many different restaurants on Koh Samui these days. I just love wraps! And I try to eat healthy food. A smaller wrap has lower calories than eating bread. Also, it depends on stuff inside it too. Well, I don’t want to talk about calories counting here. One wrap usually has veggies, proteins, carbs in it. That should be enough for my lunch. However, I love all kinds of carbs, brown rice, riceberry, bagels, sourdough bread, dark bread. 😆 just trying to reduce it a little as I consumed them too much in the past.

We just had a fantastic dinner with our good friends at organic farm of Khun Chai, Chai's Cuisine & Farm. The organic vegetables, rice and eggs are sourced directly from here. They put organic veggies above profits. It is good to know where the food comes from. Next time we want to visit this place during the day so we can see the farm. I highly recommend this place - it was amazing. #freshorganicfood

Throwback yesterday we went to have lunch my cousin, her husband, and our friends at Bang Po seafood. I was glad to see my cousin and her husband from Bangkok shortly. Then we drank coffee at one of our favorite cafes in Samui, called Road less travelled. I love caramel latte at this place. Later we went Tree House silent beach, central festival and wine connection. Lol we actually went out for 12 hours (non-stop). Walking from Asoke to Phrom Phong and back to Sukumvit 23 to avoid traffic on the bts and the road. It was fun walking. We stopped at the Benchasiri park (it’s our first time here). Sanook mak ka Markus thank you for your idea. Btw, I’m happy to find Poke (Pronounce: Po-Kay) bowl in Bangkok. It’s one of my favorite Hawaiian food. I had tuna poke (it’s more traditional 🤣😆.) next time I will try salmon one. It was yummy. The taste was similar to one I had in San Francisco. I never been to Hawaii. Lol one day I will go to eat Poke there.

I stored a lot of vegetables in the fridge. So kimchi fried rice menu came up to my mind this evening. Again I had Korean food. Lol tmr I need to make something else. Let's see what are in it. So I mixed leftover Thai herbs with Korean kimchi fried rice. As you remembered, I had lemongrass, kaffir lime leaves and galangal yesterday. Yes! I put all of these into my kimchi fried. So first I started with frying red onions and tofu. Then started adding more veggies , kimchi and the sauce. Ingredients: red onions, mushrooms, galangal, lemongrass, kaffir lime leaves, homemade kimchi, red beans, chickpeas, cilantro, Korean chili 🌶 paste, shoyu 🌴🌴🌴🌴 it turned out very yummy.
