I stored a lot of vegetables in the fridge. So kimchi fried rice menu came up to my mind this evening. Again I had Korean food. Lol tmr I need to make something else. Let's see what are in it. So I mixed leftover Thai herbs with Korean kimchi fried rice. As you remembered, I had lemongrass, kaffir lime leaves and galangal yesterday. Yes! I put all of these into my kimchi fried. So first I started with frying red onions and tofu. Then started adding more veggies , kimchi and the sauce. Ingredients: red onions, mushrooms, galangal, lemongrass, kaffir lime leaves, homemade kimchi, red beans, chickpeas, cilantro, Korean chili 🌶 paste, shoyu 🌴🌴🌴🌴 it turned out very yummy.
