We just had a fantastic dinner with our good friends at organic farm of Khun Chai, Chai's Cuisine & Farm. The organic vegetables, rice and eggs are sourced directly from here. They put organic veggies above profits. It is good to know where the food comes from. Next time we want to visit this place during the day so we can see the farm. This morning I woke up and took a moment to be with myself. I started with yoga routine for 15 minutes to kick myself up. I practiced intermediate yoga for stress release flow. After that, I did meditation for 10 minutes. I’m following 10-Day-meditation by boho beautiful YouTube. Today is my day1. PS this pic is a view from my balcony. I see the mountains and coconut trees everyday. I love the green color from the trees. REMEMBER this today “I am mindful in this present moment.” Namaste 🙏🏻 🧘‍♀️ 🏝🌞

This evening I asked Markus @armyxxl to go paddling with me. He said yes and then we went paddling around our usual spot together. It was choppy. I had to bend my knees a bit while paddling to help my balance better. I actually like it when the water is not too calm. It’s challenging. I just had a yummy vegan Buddha bowl at Kawin's Kitchen in Lamai for the first time. I always wanted to eat Buddha bowl after I watched the happy pear. @armyxxl had breakfast set. And we got pumpkin mashed with eggs on toast to go. Glad we found this place. Yummy healthy food
