Hello 👋 I’m back on the water! This morning our goal was paddling from baobab restaurant to silver beach (6km in total since conditions were good for a direct paddle). It wasn’t that hard as before. I felt that my body has changed a lot since I started doing CrossFit. I didn’t feel so tired like i used to before as my core got stronger. So when I paddle, I make sure I really use my core, not just arms. It’s the whole body movement.
