Breakfast: oatmeal banana pancakes with Greek yogurt, fresh bananas and apple šŸ„žšŸ„š
Lunch: chicken steak šŸ” , veggies salad šŸ„— and riceberry
Snack : oatmeal muffin
Dinner: tuna steak, grilled pan green paprika, veggies salad šŸ„— , boiled pumpkin šŸŽƒ
Drinks: soy mocha, Camille tea, water
Update: Iā€™m not on any diet. I am just maintaining my body composition. Just keep tracking my nutrition as I love to collect data and enjoy analyzing it. šŸ˜„ #datanerd I just ordered alfalfa powder. I never tried it before tho. After reading the benefits of it, I thought it should be good for my stomach. Would be nice to mix it with my smoothie. Will update it again after one month I try it. xoxo
