This morning I woke up and took a moment to be with myself. I started with routine for 15 minutes to kick myself up. I practiced intermediate for stress release flow. After that, I did for 10 minutes. I’m following 10-Day- by boho beautiful YouTube. Today is my day1. PS this pic is a view from my balcony. I see the mountains and coconut trees everyday.
