Strength class at Lamai Beach Crossfit: abs day 2 step-by-step, I started with 15 lbs on my back and held it for 1 minute. With my yogi skill, it was ok on the first round as i do a plank pose a lot when I do yoga. After the 2nd round, I felt my abs were working harder. It felt heavy! Finally, I finished the third round. Then, we continued with other core exercises. Lastly, we did TABATA. Today I did CrossFit in the morning and strength class in the evening. This week I try to workout as much as I can. Tomorrow will be my last day of work out at Lamai Beach Crossfit until I come back on Koh Samui. I will be on holidays for 2 weeks. I know I will eat a lot during Easter. 🐣🐣🐣🐣🐣🐣🐣🐣🐣🐣🐣🐣
