Since November 2018, I have been spending my free time training at Lamai Beach CrossFit. During my first 2 months of being a member, I didn’t expect that I would be hooked on CrossFit like other sports that I do. So I went to the gym just 1-2 times a week at that time. I remembered my first day after CrossFit, I came home being so hyperactive. Lol I said to my hubby, oh it was different from other sports we do. I like it. I will sign up for a membership. I convinced my hubby to try CrossFit too but he said I should try it for 2 months first and see how it goes. Later i still liked it. I also joined most of the outside activities that were organized by the gym. And my hubby tagged along with me when we attended the events. Since January 2019, my hubby started joining the box. Then I started doing crossfit 4-5 times a week. Since then, we have made more friends there and it has changed our lives. We realized it’s not only CrossFit but also the Lamai Beach CrossFit community. We train together and hang out together a lot these days. We now enjoy living on Koh Samui even more than before.
