When I started CrossFit, I did 15 kgs deadlift (just an empty Olympic barbell) in January 2019. now I can lift 52 kgs in May 2019! I am pretty happy with my 5-month- improvement. 🥰🏋🏻‍♀️ Thank you to coach Mike, my hubby, Lamai Beach CrossFit friends and my workout buddy @jibjingjing for your support! 🥰🏋🏻‍♀️
