This morning I woke up and took a moment to be with myself

This morning I woke up and took a moment to be with myself. I started with yoga routine for 15 minutes to kick myself up. I practiced intermediate yoga for stress release flow. After that, I did meditation for 10 minutes. I’m following 10-Day-meditation by boho beautiful YouTube. Today is my day1. PS this pic is a view from my balcony.
