From left to right: 1. I have dried my green onion roots for my soup stock. I don't have dehydration machine so I put them in the sun for 2 days already. 2. I'm growing avocado from the seed. 🥑 3. I'm regrowing green onions from the roots. I will post more pics of the result at the end of next week. Wish me luck 🍀
