Last night I actually planned to do at home 🏑 as I set up a corner next to my bed. I even picked the youtube channel, title is 7 days of gratitude. There are 7 videos of practice. You would do for 7 days in a row. I told my friend, Crystal, we will do it together. Anyways this morning after I did some work, I went to class at health republic. πŸ˜† ( Good thing about my work, my schedule is quite flexible. I can have times to do other things that I like and enjoy.) It was a flow class by one of teachers that I like her sequence. I actually practiced in her class at other places before. The class at health republic was small and cozy. The sala is facing the sea. When I do , I also enjoy looking at the sea. I like it! Btw, during class, i noticed my hamstrings were tight again. It hurts when I sit crossing my legs and do a butterfly pose. I was like oh man maybe I should have a deep tissue massage to release the tightness. I dislike it when it happens. I realized that it happened after class 2 days ago. Maybe I pushed myself too hard. Lesson learn, don’t push yourself too hard, listen to your body. πŸ˜†πŸ˜πŸ§˜πŸ»β€β™€οΈ
