I did blindfold yoga in Teacher Kom’s vinyasa class yesterday. It took my self-consciousness out of yoga. Since I didn’t see anything, I had to listen to my body guide me to do each pose. No need to care so much if my poses are not perfect. 😆😆 recommend to try this if you wanna challenge yourself. Namaste 🙏🏻
