We woke up at 6.30 am and went paddling in Bangrak beach this morning. It was very fun.

Yesterday morning paddle was amazing. Around 7-8km from Chaweng Noi to Silver Beach and back. It was the last social paddle this year with Tammy and Ian as they are leaving tonight. Paddle next year
