The first part of CrossFit WOD: I was doing clean complex with 25 kgs for the first time. At first I wasnβt sure I would be able to do it. My coach was encouraging me a lot. He said he would teach me and thatβs what he was here for. It made me feel more confident. Yay! I did it.
