We had a good time training at Rodgau CrossFit yesterday. Everybody was friendly. The coach’s name was also Mike like our coach at LBCF but the German spelling was Maik. When we arrived there, all members came to say hi to us. After finishing training, we all did πŸ‘‹ high 5. I like CrossFit culture in general. Markus had to translate everything into English for me in class except WOD on the board which were CrossFit vocabularies, something I’m familiar with. Next time I will speak German. Lol Definitely coming back to train there when we are in Germany next time. Thank you to MamuΕ› for driving us there. Thank you for the class!
