Friday snacks: baked eggplants and baby carrots
Ingredients
1 big eggplant π
Baby carrots
1/2 tps paprika
1/2 tps black pepper
1 table spoon lime or lemon juice
1/2- 2/3 tps Himalayan pink salt
1-1 1/2 table spoon olive oil
Directions
-Preheat oven at 400 F or 200 C
-Spray olive oil on a baking pan
-Mix all ingredients together with eggplants and baby carrots -bake them about 15-20 minutes
