This week I just discovered that I can do chin-ups. I did my first chin-up on Monday. Thank you for this exercise. I learned that if you never try, you’ll never know. 3 years of wakeboarding, 2 years of standup paddle boarding, 3 years of doing yoga and 5 months of doing CrossFit have paid off. Now I feel much stronger and healthier than before. Muscles don’t build within one day. It takes time and effort. I just love the feeling when my chest touches the bar. I feel free like a bird. Lol 🦉😆
