I have been listening to podcast by Fast company: Secrets of Most productive people: one of episodes was talking about what makes today different than others. Basically they suggested you to write down a little notes for one week and compare them after one week. Here is my Day1: I woke up at 7.30 am and went to Yin yoga class of @tammywadesupyogasamui. π§π»ββοΈ After yoga, we went to have healthy breakfast at Yogarden. it was nice to do yoga in the morning before started working. Markus @armyxxl also enjoyed it cos he started his day early too. My head is clear. Woohooo . Thank you so much for the class. My back is getting better now. πͺπ»ππ.
