Hello yogis! I went to yoga class this evening. Today one of my practice was split- leg arm balance. After practicing chaturanga more often, this pose has become lighter. My teacher helped me lift my leg in the back. I still couldn't hold all the way yet.I feel that my core is getting stronger. I'm hoping one day I will be able to lift my legs all the way. Namaste
