Healthy meal of the day : tuna, veggies , brown rice, salsa sauce .. I keep eating healthy food as much as possible before holidays start. I know it would be a bit difficult for me to pick to eat just healthy food during holidays. When my family come together, we will eat a lot. Hehe I just wanna enjoy my holidays and have some cheat days too.
