My new shoulder muscles are building now. I didn't have them this much before I joined yoga. 1.5 month-yoga has been improving my life physically and mentally. Yay

I just bought new yoga pants from one of my favorite brands. I'm glad they are selling them in bkk now.

Normally I am not a kind of person who would sweat a lot during workout but yoga makes me sweat a lot. I feel so good about it. This week I just started doing yoga practice by the pool so after practicing it, I can jump into the pool right away. #serebiiworkout Happy Saturday!
