After morning yoga, I picked my husband up to have brunch together. I slept for just 6 hours! 😂😂😳😴I forced myself to wake up for morning yoga class. I was a bit dizzy when I woke up. I calmed myself down. I drank water and had 2 slides of dark bread with a little bit of butter. I got a bit better later. I told myself come on I can do it. And plus my favorite yoga teacher on samui is leaving in one week. 😭I was glad I did go to yoga class today. My yoga journey today was about strength and yesterday was focusing on hip opening. I started feeling my shoulders stronger when I was doing a headstand. I love this asana. It was clear my head and nose. I felt relaxed and let go when I did this asana. Nameste 🤗🙏🏻
